Payment information: Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data under their privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance. We receive confirmation of payment, your name, and email address.

Engagement data: During consulting engagements, we collect business information you provide (operations data, systems information, workflows) solely for the purpose of producing your deliverables.

How we use your information

We use collected information to: provide and improve our consulting services, process bookings and payments, analyse website usage to improve our site, communicate with you about your engagement, and comply with legal obligations.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months (GA4 default). Booking and payment records are retained for the duration required by Australian tax law (generally 5 years). Engagement deliverables are handed over to you upon completion. We retain copies for our records unless you request deletion.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).
