What we ask from you

When you engage Jopy.agency, we'll ask you to send us as much internal business information as you can. The more the better. This includes:

  • Website information and page content
  • Employee handbook, even if outdated
  • Old strategy documents, pitch decks, business plans
  • Existing pricing sheets, fee schedules
  • Customer-facing emails (welcome emails, follow-ups)
  • Internal SOPs, even if scrappy
  • Past marketing copy
  • Sales scripts or talking points
  • Anything you've written about your business that took more than an hour to produce

The more we have, the better your final files will be. Workshops then fill the gaps rather than starting from zero.

What we will never do

  • We will never share your files with another client
  • We will never use your business name as a case study without explicit written approval
  • We will never sell, share, or commercialise your data in any form
  • We will delete everything within 30 days of your request

Who we are

Information we collect

Website analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymised usage data including pages visited, scroll depth, button clicks, device type, and approximate location. GA4 uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Booking information: When you book a call through Cal.com, you provide your name, email address, and any notes you include. This data is processed by Cal.com under their privacy policy and shared with us to facilitate your consultation.

Payment information: Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe handles all payment data under their privacy policy and PCI DSS compliance. We receive confirmation of payment, your name, and email address.

Engagement data: During consulting engagements, we collect business information you provide (operations data, systems information, workflows, internal documents) solely for the purpose of producing your deliverables.

How we use your information

We use collected information to: provide and improve our consulting services, process bookings and payments, analyse website usage to improve our site, communicate with you about your engagement, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Google Analytics 4 (website analytics), Cal.com (appointment scheduling), Stripe (payment processing), and Netlify (website hosting). Each service operates under their own privacy policy.

Cookies

This website uses cookies for analytics purposes (GA4). You can disable cookies through your browser settings. The site will continue to function without cookies enabled.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months (GA4 default). Booking and payment records are retained for the duration required by Australian tax law (generally 5 years). Workshop notes, uploaded documents, and draft files are retained for the duration of your engagement plus 30 days post-completion, after which they are permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion or longer retention in writing. Final Deliverables are handed over to you on completion; we retain copies for our records (and to support future updates if you renew) unless you request deletion.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).
